Many people confuse the work permit
with an invitation to work.

According to Polish legislation
on employment of foreigners in Poland,
a foreigner can work officially
on the basis of oświadczenia for 2 years.

The permit is issued through the Powiatowy Urząd Pracy
(District Labor Office).
The term of production of the permit (oswiadczenia), in practice, is 4-5 working days, but the official term is 7-14 days.

The cost of an application for a permit
is PLN 100, but we do not charge you this cost.
All that is required of you is patience and understanding.
The beginning of work
According to Polish legislation, a foreigner can start work if:

  1. There is a work permit (Oświadczenie, Zezwolenie);
  2. There is a certificate of medical examination;
  3. There is a document that confirms that the person has passed security procedures;
  4. There is medical insurance(ZUS)
In the event that there is no one of the above-mentioned documents, there is a possibility that
in the event of an inspection, the employee, intermediary may receive a fine
and the employer.
Therefore, before hiring a person, the employer must prepare all the documents.

So how long to wait?
The statement is issued by Powiatowy Urząd Pracy at the request of the employer.
It usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
But it can be considered up to 14 working days.
After receiving Oświadczenia, the rest of the documents are prepared within one or two working days.

We do everything we can to get people out as quickly as possible because we understand that people don't have the time or money to just sit and wait.
But, unfortunately, not everything depends on us.

Will special clothes be issued?
Yes, special clothes will be issued.
We issue a set of clothes according to your sizes:

1. To be with steel inserts;
2. Jacket;
3. Pants;
4. Helmet;
5. Safety vest;
6. Mask;
7. Gloves.

For work clothes we don't take money from you, we give everything for free.
But if you have worked for less than a month, you will be charged the cost of the set.

Is there accommodation?
Of course there is.
The company rents individual houses specially for employees.
These are not five-star rooms, but they are not bad options either.
The houses have everything necessary for everyday life.
Rooms can accommodate from 2 to 8 people.
With proper observance of the rules of personal hygiene
and a normal attitude towards everyday life and duty schedule -
houses continue to remain in good condition,
which is nice to return to after a hard day's work.

Cost of accommodation:
The cost of accommodation is PLN 430.
The company will deduct this amount from the salary.
If you rent housing separately, we pay an additional 110 zlotys.
This is the cost of a monthly travel document UrbanCard.

How to get to work?
The company rents minibusses,
to transport employees to and from work.
It's absolutely free.

Are there bonuses?
It is not rare to urgently find people to work.
You can get a bonus for the given person
from 100 to 400 zlotys, depending on the situation.
The size of the bonus is discussed in advance.
The bonus is fixed if you have specified a person
worked for more than two weeks.
It is included in the salary.

There was a case when an employee earned bonuses
one more monthly salary per month.

Do you give an advance?
We issue an advance only to new employees, after they have worked
at least a week.

What is the schedule and how about weekends?
There are weekends, of course.
In many companies, people work from Monday
on Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We understand that you will have personal questions,
which cannot be solved on Sunday,
since everything is closed.
You can take a day off when you need to, but it is necessary
alert one of the managers about it.
If you simply do not go to work without notifying anyone in advance - you are setting yourself up and the team you work with.
Every evening, Korean employees make a plan of action for the next day and if they are not informed about your absence, trouble begins, because everything goes.

You will be fined PLN 200 for such "failure" for the first time.
If the situation is repeated - a fine of 400 zlotys.
If it happens a third time - dismissal.
No one is asking you to do anything supernatural, just let them know that you will not be there, so that you will not be counted on.
Part-Time Job
We don't have part-time jobs on weekends, there are no jobs for a few hours a day, and there's no option to work 2-3 days a week. Only full-time employment. There are situations when we really need people for a few days, and these people also need to work a full workday. Part-time jobs are very rare, maybe 2-3 times a year.
